+ Delivery and Returns
Shipping
All orders placed on our online store will be delivered door to door via Fastway couriers. Fastway delivers to most addresses across South Africa, charging a flat rate of R50.00 per order to any address, in any province. This flat rate includes product insurance up to the value of R1000.00. We will send your parcel within 2 working days of receiving proof of payment and it will take another 3 working days for our courier company to deliver to your address. No deliveries will be made on weekends. In periods of high demand, deliveries may take longer, but in such cases we shall inform you of delivery dates. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel label number. To track an order, visit www.fastway.co.za (click to link), enter your label number and click track. All parcels must be signed for upon arrival. Please make sure the delivery address supplied is accurate and that someone is available to sign for the parcel. If there is nobody home, a card is left at the door and re-delivery can be arranged at no extra cost.
In the event of Fastway not being able to deliver to your doorstep, we shall use the SAPO door-to-door delivery service.
International Orders
For shipping to other countries, please go ahead placing your order and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
We recommend that all International customers ordering from our online store check the Customs Charges and Terms and Conditions at your local Customs office within your country before making your online purchase.
Customs charges may apply to some International orders depending on the weight and/or value of the parcel. As each country has different charges and policies we are unable to provide more detailed information on this.
We will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay the Customs charges on in your country where your goods have been delivered.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days after receiving it, unworn in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault. Please note that items showing signs of wear or have been engraved, resized, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. When you decide to return the item, please send us an e-mail, stating that the item(s) will be returned and a delivery address will be given by email.

All of our prices are given in South African Rands.
EFT Direct Deposit (South Africa only) and PayPal are accepted.
With PayPal you don’t need to worry about international bank charges or exchange rates when you are paying for things internationally. If you don't have an account, just follow their easy instructions to add a PayPal account to your email address and you can choose the payment method you want to use whenever you buy from Oh Voilà. It’s a fast, effective and secure way to make payment from anywhere in the world, at any time for any purchase. For South Africans, only FNB is currently linked to PayPal.
For EFT, please transfer the given amount in its entirety to our account and we will send your parcel within 2 working days once the amount is cleared in our account. No cheque payments please.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, when you create an account or when you place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, address, e-mail address, date of birth and telephone number. When providing your personal details you consent to us using the data collected in order to meet our commitments to you and to provide the service you expect. This will include processing of orders, delivery status, managing your account, sending updated information such as new services or other marketing offers which may be of interest and also to notify you of any changes or enhancement to our services. Your details may also be used to monitor traffic to and from our website to help us improve the design and layout of the site. + Caring and Cleaning Instructions
Beads and Charms
Natural tarnishing of the beads and charms may occur due to wear and tear, as well as by the acidity of your skin. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, body lotions and other chemicals. Use a liquid or gel based cleaner instead of abrasive cleaners or polishes to restore its natural patina.
All beads and charms are made out of a nickel free, tin based metal alloy. However they are stated nickel free as the local factory does not use any nickel in the casting or plating process of Oh Voilà products, but be aware that nickel is used in this factory for other products.
Fabric and Ribbon Cleaning
The ribbons and Shweshwe fabric used in some pieces are easy to clean. Pull all the charms and beads to one side, wet the area that is soiled, squeeze a small amount of detergent into your hands and gently rub over the wet area, rinse with warm water until all the detergent has gone, take care not to get water over the remainder of the jewellery piece. Hang up to dry. If needed, iron the Shweshwe on low heat.
Silk Cleaning
The silk is handpainted, but colourfast and washable. In between the beads or charms, hand wash your area with lukewarm water, pat dry between two towels and hang up to dry. If needed, iron on very low heat.
Leather Cleaning and Maintaining
Use professional leather conditioners to improve the overall lifespan of the leather and suede straps, making it resistant to water and humidity, while keeping it soft and supple. Stains should be removed immediately before a substance has a chance to soak in or dry onto the material. The cleaning of leather should be done gently, by hand, wiht a very soft and dry cloth. It is recommended that you use a mild professional and chemical free cleaners.
